7:00 a.m. – Registration and Tech Inspection opens 8:15 a.m. – Registration and Tech Inspection closes 8:15 a.m. – Mandatory riders’ meeting 8:30 a.m. – Classroom session for Novice group begins 8:30 a.m. – Tech Inspection reopens until 9:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. – Advanced session takes the track, followed by Intermediate and then Novice with 20 minute sessions. 12:00 p.m. – Lunch 1:00 p.m. – 20 minute riding sessions resume 5:00 p.m. – Track sessions close
Registration opens at 7 a.m. the morning of the event and closes at 8:15 a.m.
After arriving at the event, check in at registration. Remember to have your a form of picture ID.
After registration listen for the announcement for the riders’ meeting, which is held around 8:15 a.m.
All riders must attend the riders meeting. Do not miss the riders meeting as you will not be able to ride the track until this has been done. The riders meeting will be include riding rules, track changes, introductions, and flag instruction.
Immediately following the riders’ meeting, the Novice groups will attend the classroom session. This classroom session is not mandatory, but is highly recommended. During the classroom session, the Advanced group takes to the track at 9:00am followed by the Intermediate group. Following the Intermediate session, the Novice session will take to the track. The sessions with rotate in this manner thru the day in 15 to 20 minute sessions.
